Doesn't even deserve one star! Before even entering the hotel, we had trouble finding a parking spot since there were only a few free parking spaces available. The staff wasn’t really friendly and extremely unhelpful. They gave us the wrong directions to the ski wardrobe, and on top of that, we saw a dead cockroach on the stairway while wandering around with our heavy ski equipment. :)) While the hotel looks somewhat okay on the outside and the reception also looks acceptable, the hallways and rooms are atrocious. The „VIP“ 6th-floor hallway was dark as midnight, and I was expecting two little girls in blue dresses to show up any moment. Our room featured a torn and broken leather couch, a smelly old refrigerator and the ugliest double bed ever that looked like it was taken straight from the set of an adult movie. Since we didn’t have a shower curtain, the whole bathroom was flooded every time someone took a shower. The shower hose was broken and poorly taped back together. The spa area was somewhat clean; however, the pool was freezing. To use the sauna, you would have to pay an additional 10 leva since only the pool usage is included in the price. We also didn’t receive any extra towels for the pool/spa area, so we had to use our shower towels, which is highly unhygienic. If you can, spare your nerves and avoid this hotel at all costs.
