The hotel is great. Clean and well maintained good atmosphere. An unusual breakfast in Europe. I would like to thank for the exceptional treatment we received on the day of our arrival at the hotel. As a result of a misunderstanding, we were given a room with no view at all, and after seeing the heartbreak, the shift manager at the reception made a decision to move us to a room with a panoramic view Exceptional service while showing great sensitivity.

This was a fine hotel, all in all. My husband had business in Bulgaria, so it was a combined business/leisure trip. We usually stay at hotels or rent short term apartments when we travel. The hotel itself does not have any charm; its quite cold. If you plan on never leaving the hotel it's perfect. It has 10 restaurants, a lovely spa, and a casino. The spa was great, I had a facial and it was lovely. Breakfast was yum and varied, just wish it lasted a half an hour longer. Service was hit or miss. The housekeeping staff were lovely. Desk staff, not so much. I suppose they are mirroring the cold atmosphere of the hotel. This is the first 5-star hotel I've been to where the mini bar was NOT included. I was very surprised when checking out, especially considering they didn't have price lists in our rooms! We probably would stay here again, but it wouldn't be a top choice. In fact, we booked this last minute because the previous place we stayed at had a broken AC and we were traveling with an infant prone to overheating. AC was wonderful!
