Stayed with family, recently. Location is most excellent, the rooms are nice and big, albeit quite bare. The beds comfortable enough. The main detractor is that the place is DIRTY. The floors, shower cabins and toilet bowls were fine, but most other things are covered by thick layers of dust and you can tell this place hasn't been properly cleaned for months, if not years. See photos for a sample, they speak for themselves. We also found leftover half full bottles of vodka from previous guests, opened box of condoms in the night stand (thank goodness no used ones) etc. As a result, the guesthouse has more of a bad hostel vibe than a guesthouse one, and is probably rented out to 20-somethings that just come to Bulgaria for the cheaper drinks 90% of the time. Host / owner should clean this place professionally and then upkeep it. Currently, it is definitely not up to the standard that other AirBNBs / guest houses / hotels in Bulgaria manage to maintain.
*The owner had a bad attitude when I arrived and Asked him by the entrance who would open the door for me? * I did not see anything from the pictures they were posting, The employee came and asked me to turn around the building with my luggage! You have to go through the cafeteria, The door they are posting is not available for "Guest house 32". * The place smells and the floor is noisy "zik zak zik zak" . also couldn't sleep because it is on Vitosha blvd *I will help the owner for post all pictures. Look and Judge yourself !! No AC, No Heating system, Only fan !!!
