Not too bad, but not so good. Rooms were a bit dusty, definitely not cleaned properly. There was only a single towel for a double room, we had to ask for more. Towels kept disappearing afterwards after our rooms were being cleaned. Staff was cooperative and polite, except for the guy at the reception. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was bearable, but definitely not worth the money.

For 4star hotel I would give -5 if that could be an option. First 30min in hotel.... Horrible parking place, there is no close parking place if you drive with your personal car. Going in to hotels lobby first impression - looked beautiful until I saw staff, one of them sitting in phone and other one (who we only spoke with) looks like she wants a nap and more wanted us to leave her alone when speak with us. No instructions how to get to the elevator so we can go in to our room. We just accidentally found it, there wasn't even a sign where is it. We just didn't want to go back to ask unwelcoming personal where is the elevator. After getting out of lift, instantly smell of cigarettes 🚬. Then we got to the room, dirty sheets and didn't smell even fresh, doors dirty, toilet faucet (tap- where you wash your hands) fully not cleaned, room didn't smell even fresh, more like it was not used or occupied for a month at least. All the time our floor smelled like cigarettes and if wanted to open window, then we could smell cigarettes again. Only good thing, there was no bugs in bed. Unwelcoming and unclean hotel. And 4stars, for what??? I was in hotel who was much better at welcoming and clean space and room. And they didn't even have stars. How did they got even 4stars. How????
