I was at the hotel about two weeks ago and stayed for 5 nights. The service is very wonderful. The hotel is very wonderful and its strategic location.. The staff is very cooperative..The employee, Mercy, I expect her name, took us to the room, and she was cheerful and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and varied. ..we were received by a person at 8:00 am, and he prepared the room for us, I expect his name to be Muhammad. Special thanks to him and all the reception staff

my son had an accident in the elevator accessing to the mall and the hotel management blamed us. my son got hit by the elevator door in the shoulder & head and they are not accepting this mistake and the door continue closing and kept my son outside the elevator crying. didn't feel safe at all. it is not a kid-friendly. Location wise it is really good.
