We were a family of 4 which had booked as such - it should have been no surprise for the hotel that 4 human beings walked in. However when we walked into the room there was only one King bed - the living room had a sofa in it, but it was not a sofa bed. When I went to reception to ask for a roll-in bed they said we could sleep in the sofa and that the extra beds would have a charge. I didn't care about the charge, but how does the hotel expect a family of 4 to sleep in that room if the sofa doesn't turn into a bed? They didn't even have sheets and pillows. I was traveling for a race so ended up having wife and kids in the bed and I slept on this sofa, which was like staying at a friend's dorm back in college. They brought some sheets and pillows (didn't even make the bed for us). Then we didn't have enough towels (there were 2 shower towels and 1 hand towel for 4 people). Had to call them again and again... The gentleman in reception was not much help and seemed surprised that we expected to have 4 places to sleep 4 people||Breakfast was really poor also, decent variety but poor quality. We ordered room service and the order came with the wrong items...||Only positives were the kids playroom and the great location for the race. Sadly, only because of this I would stay again, but would not bring my family along... their rooms don't fit the number of people they sell them for!
