The chalet is big and is very nice but unfortunately neither the jacuzzi nor the air-conditioning worked. So they started on Sunday working on both so we had no access to the room. The quality of the food in restaurants is not good and it is nearly impossible to make a reservation in one of the specialty restaurants, but perhaps that is a blessing. Internet connection is very weak. However, the surroundings, pool and the staff are very nice but the resort desperately needs some TLC.

It’s a very beautiful place! Definitely worth visiting! Most things are amazing here! A lot of food haha 🌈 The physical activities with Aunt Popcorn (Tia Pipoca) were fun! Hoping to do more exercises with her. A few things that could be better are that the wifi is unstable (keeps disconnecting often), the music is a bit loud in general especially by the pool area (we were far away from the activities and it was still very loud with not so great acoustics…), There could also be more signs telling which way which things are (it’s a very big place)
