The food is not at all German. We ordered the taster menu and every single dish was not even close to an original German recipe. The menu was over complicated and digital, and the staff did not explain it well. Drinks were good, but food was horrible. Nice decorations.
Amazing experience at this German themed Hotel. Service is top notch and the rooms are spacious, elegant and comfy.The highlight of our stay was the afternoon tea and breakfast they serve daily(included in the rate), and the restaurant food is among the best in the city. A pleasant and short walk away from Gramado's main street. This Hotel is a must
