Beautiful environment & atmosphere. Excellent breakfast (including freshly made "tapioca", omelette, etc) and friendly & helpful staff. Nice clean beach and very empty during August (low season), but the waves were a bit rough. Important sightseeing places can be reached on foot (ca 2,5 km to the beautifully restored old city center, which can be reached by climbing almost 300 steps to the top of the cliffs). Several breath-taking view points.
Good deal for four nights in 'Porto Perigo'. Room fine, parking area small but spacious enough during weekdays. No traffic noise, only noisy neighbors. Good service, problems solved at once, but no take away breakfasts. Missed 4 breakfasts because had to leave early. Would stay again!
