The location is fantastic so I will start there. There was some sort of hockey event and the noise was non-stop. I normally let things go but they ran all around the hotel and were screaming and playing in the halls every single night. The parents were no where to be seen quite often. I brought this to the front desks attention and they said they would talk to the parents but nothing was done. One night there was hockey gear all around the floor, another night parents were just sitting in the hall drinking beer by the elevator, and the day I checked out there were trash all through the hall ways. The hotel team did nothing to handle the situation. Upon check in they tell you to dial 0 to talk to front desk but my room didn't have a phone. When I went to the front desk to mention the noise, I mentioned the lack of phone and they informed me there was something that happened on that floor so no there isn't. So I couldn't really call down and found out it was the same for colleagues on my floor. The room was being dated was kind of cute but it definitely had that musky smell of water damage to it. The check in person was super friendly but the service on my last day was OK. I went to take some stuff to my car and the cleaner asked what room I'm leaving without really a hello or confirming I was checking out. When I checked out the person just said I was good to go and did not ask about the stay at all because I would have said something then.
