We were absolutely thrilled with our stay; from the room to the service. The Loft Room was exceptional. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows and the remote blinds were greatly appreciated. It was well-appointed, and our son enjoyed the second TV. It really felt like a loft stay and not a hotel room. We had our breakfast at the in-house Bar 55 and had dinner at Gahan one of our evenings. We loved the loft space, which allowed us to have a family getaway. We had recently spent two weeks in a hotel room after being evacuated and did not want anything that resembled a traditional hotel room after that experience. The loft room achieved our goal and I am looking forward to staying at Canvas again in the future.

There is no denying this place is stunning, we had a room with a balcony facing the downtown core and it was lovely. Housekeeping could be improved a bit more, we found a few stains that I was able to clean in the bathroom, and on the desk, but that was minimal. We had a great time overall.
