The hotel is immaculately clean. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable. I've stayed twice and checked in very late (or early, I guess) both times and the gentleman working overnight at the desk has been incredible on each occasion. The ladies the next morning were equally as sweet. I've really enjoyed each stay. Bonus points for being just off the highway but still in a very quiet location. Love it here.

My partner and I flew to Moncton for my Gender Afferming top surgery, and had the pleasure of staying in this hotel. Let me start of by saying that the staff at 4 points are by far the most amazing people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone was so kind and accepting of us, which truly made us feel welcomed. The rooms are perfect! Upon walking in, you can tell the hotel takes pride in their rooms and had everything we needed ready for us, and if we needed anything else, the front desk brought it to us with a smile. After my surgery, I couldn't walk for more than 5 minutes, the hotel allowed us to use the wheelchair they had available for our entire stay, which made our stay even more comfortable and easier for us to get around when needed. The entire hotel is immaculately clean and easy to navigate as well. Last but not least, this hotel is 100% 2S+LGBTQIA friendly, which is honestly amazing. We thank you for being so inclusive. The hotel is also pet friendly! (50$ fee per pet.) This is definitely a hotel you should stay at if you're traveling to Moncton, and we will definitely be back!
