My room was huge and very well laid out. The work space was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable. It was also spotless which is so important to me. The staff members were very kind and attentive. The breakfast was great. The location was perfect for shopping and dining and not too far from anywhere you need to go in the city. I highly recommend it for business or pleasure.

The room was clean, and the bed was VERY comfortable. Overall, I found the staff were PHENOMENAL - helpful, despite problems with my booking; caring, despite having to deal with the implications of others' mistakes; considerate, supportive, kind, and friendly. Thank you, Brandie, Zachary, Loreal, and Trina! ... I didn't have a chance to use the pool, but I did THOROUGHLY enjoy the gym area! As for the (buffet) breakfast, it was DELICIOUS 😋! To Trina & Anna, who worked on this, thank you for your efforts! As I do have some food allergies, when I mentioned this to them, they offered to see what they could do to accommodate my requests. (These ladies are most commendable; they didn't make idle promises, but they did offer some great ideas!) ... The location was initially a bit difficult to get to due to local road construction and poor local signage, per highway exits, and the like.
