Lovely hotel in the heart of St. John's downtown. So many cool places within walking distance. Customer service was so cheerful and helpful after a long day of traveling. Told us where we could get a late night pint within a few blocks of the hotel. Rooms were clean and laid out nicely. The only downside was that there was no mini fridge to be able to keep some beverages or leftovers from a restaurant. Room coffee was ok, but they have a nice coffee shop downstairs. Parking on site, but we had rented a large pickup truck that couldn't fit in the garage. Luckily, they had a surface lot we could use that was a block away. There is also an excellent restaurant that we went to our last night there. Wonderful food!!! We would love to come back and explore more next Summer.

First Alt hotel experience and I am a regular now. It's a unique hotel built from modular components. The location, service and cleanliness was at par. It's not a big brand but beats the commercial brands! I don't want everyone to stay there so I can go there again but I had to give an honest review. Five star rating from me and the hotel deserves it!
