The restaurant staff ( especially Hailey ) are absolutely lovely. The shuttle to and from the airport are convenient. The front desk staff are NOT the most pleasant... ( Excluding Jada who is phenomenal). Guests were arguing with front desk on multiple occasions. The AC is extremely loud in the rooms. They missed cleaning our room for a day and told us " they only clean ever other day ". Construction was ongoing and noisy. The pool and water slide are nice but, chlorine levels are very very high. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not a gem.

Great location. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The business centre printer didn’t work but we were able to get something printed at the front desk via email. The restaurant onsite is very good and fast service. Not sure if this normal but the parking lot was always full for the three nights we stayed there.
