Good price for what you get. Great location close to everything. Rooms alright. Average gym. Very $$$$ dining. Worth the money if the hotel is not your main focus during your stay in the city. I would stay again.

Poorly managed, horrible service, with unbeatable views. my recent week-long stay at this rebranded Quality Inn was disappointing. Service: The front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful, although the housekeepers I encountered were great. Despite spending a week at this excessively priced hotel, they only provided one room freshener on the 5th day. Building: The building's poor management caught my attention due to my line of work. The elevators were unreliable; one was out of service twice during our stay. It's no surprise considering the dirt and gravel filling the elevator tracks on each floor, are a recipe for disaster. Parkade: Insecure, small, and dirty. Restaurant: The food and service were among the worst we experienced during our two-week visit to the island, not to mention being overpriced. Room & View: The rooms were nicely renovated to fit the smaller space, offering an unbeatable view of the harbor and downtown. We stayed in the 1-King Superior Corner Ocean View room (or similar). Overall, it's a decent hotel but excessively priced compared to similar options in the area.
