The breakfast table was dirty and oily. The waitress was very warm-hearted to other people but not me. I had to go to the front desk to order my breakfast and asked for cream. When I was almost done, she told everything away then asked me if I still need them. Bad and biased service!

We were disappointed when we stayed here. The elevators smelt like a sewer pipe, the floor in our room was freezing, the heat was very loud and woke us multiple times throughout the night. The front desk told us the restaurant and bar opened at 5, but when we went at 5 we were told they won't be opening today. The room was very clean, but the bathroom was much smaller than expected. The tv was nice, but not smart unfortunately, and we couldn't find a tv guide. We won't be staying here again.
