We arrived very early morning. The taxi driver dropped the three of us off at 1 AM, to the wrong hotel. The Sheraton was an easy walk away so we made the trek and it was surreal. The ships in the dock, the quietness of the streets and then the wonderful greeting we received from the front desk cemented our arrival. The warmth and the ease of the check in certainly set the tone for our vacation. We did have an issue with our first room however this was easily remedied by the hotel manager and staff. Absolutely top service from every angle. We stayed for four days and this location is close to Water St, George St., Battery Hill, Signal Hill and access to malls 10 minutes away by car and easy access to Trans Canada Highway. A must stay when you are in St. Johns. Just a lovely, lovely hotel.

This is nice clean hotel in a perfect location downtown close to everything. There are a lot of events and parties at hotel so in the evening there is very little parking. You may get no where to park because no parking is reserved for guests. The rooms are spacious and clean but have thin walls. With people staying from the parties there is a lot of noise and hard to sleep. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and will not again due to the same issues both times. The gym is right next to the pool so is very humid even in the winter and smells of strong chlorine. Treadmills are not maintained and skip and stick. The sauna works and is a nice to have. Tv in the rooms has basic cable with no tv guides . Very limited
