Wow! What an incredible location🤩 Downton by the water! 5-10min from all restaurant! Wonderful room and really lovely service! Maybe the best hotel I have stayed at in the last 5 years and I travel a lot! 5⭐️I'll be back for sure! Highly recommended!

Great location close to George St and the shops and restaurants. Service was good. When requested could only get a half hour later checkout. Hotel is showing its age with questionable elevator rides - sounds like it's breaking down. Rooms are very dark and just don't feel clean. Parking is included which helps a lot downtown. Nice enough continental breakfast but go earlier as they do run out of some things. Not sure if I would stay here again all things considered.
