Unlike the stench of these facilities, this place is NOT a ‘must.’ |We couldn’t bare to be here for more than 30 minutes!! ||First issue: any office staff/owner were completely unavailable. 1 yard maintenance staff was there and had no way of helping us beyond a shrug and that the staff “left.” Our cabin was unlocked and no checks to ensure someone didn’t enter unsupervised. We called several times, searched all over and found no one responsible for the grounds. I’ve yet to receive a response to my email. ||2) The outdated cottages would be doable if it didn’t feel so unsafe. Gas stove had no instructions for use, and a vague note about leaving the window shut. The door did not securely lock. It was a push and twist lock that seized.||3) the cottage was extremely hot and stuffy. There was a portable AC unit and it would have been nice if it had been plugged in and on before our arrival (but I guess that would require staff to BE there..)||4) the AC kept kicking out the breaker and shutting off. ||5) the lights in our room wouldn’t work. ||6) the bed was extremely uncomfortable and unstable. ||7) a large branch had been cut over our parking spot and was just hanging, waiting to fall and could cause serious damage. ||8) compared to the rest this is minor, but the ambiance of llamas mating super loud in the background was awkward to say the least. ||We found other accommodations that were much cleaner, comfortable and worthwhile, even with our dogs. |Photos attached as the ones online are EXTREMELY misleading. !!!!!
