Great location. The room had a nice view and was overall very nice. When we arrived, our room has clearly not have been cleaned. The bed was messy, there were used glasses, the shower was full of empty bottles of shower gel. The staff did not really comment on this, just changed our room to a slightly worse one. They didn’t offer a simple apology or try to compensate us in any way.

Positive: Everything. The location is amazing, in the heart of all the action and shopping. The staff is extremely helpful and just nice people. Easily accessible from the train station on the Metro, which stood right in front of the hotel.
