Impressive hotel, such a fantastic moment during my stay …I recently had the pleasure of dining at the sushi bar and I must commend the staff working there. Their warmth, friendliness, and impeccable manners elevated our dining experience. The food served during lunch was nothing short of fantastic. Beyond the food, the overall service throughout the hotel was amazing. Even the rooftop bar where you can see wonderful sea view. Every detail, from room amenities to front desk assistance, was handled with precision. A stay at the hotel is more than just a stay …. Highly recommended!

Lower rating because of the rooftop bar. Service there is non-existent. There are at least four people pretending they're doing something in a half-empty bar and no one comes to the table to take the order. But yeah at least you won't spend any money for those overpriced drinks. 😜 The hôtel was pretty expensive during the festival, therefore we expected everything to be fine. But yeah probably the staff isn't very happy there.. The room itself was nice with a comfy bed. The lake view we paid extra for wasn't much to enjoy because of the architecture of the building. Good breakfast and later check out. Waiting for our 200 CHF deposit on the next day, they were controlling the room first. I think that hasn't happened to us anywhere yet.
