Our first trip to Colombia started at the Casa Legado and what a wonderful introduction. The house is beautifully furnished but also full of those little touches that make it feel like a genuine home from home. A hot water bottle for the chilly Bogota evenings, access to the kitchen fridge if you fancy a snack and the most wonderful feast for breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble and a special mention must go to Camila our concierge who suggested , organised and reorganised restaurants and taxis with such a personal service. We liked Casa Legado so much we returned for our last night in Colombia. Not surprised in the least that it’s at the top of the Tripadvisor ratings, it deserves to be.
Casa Legado provided an unforgettable experience from the moment I began my inquiry about staying there a month prior to my departure. The exceptional service I received made me feel truly special throughout my entire stay. Natalia, who assisted me in selecting the perfect room for a special occasion, took the time to meticulously explain every detail and ultimately helped me find the ideal accommodation, which I absolutely adored.|The moment I crossed the threshold into the hotel, I immediately felt a sense of belonging and comfort. My room was stunning and incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly each night, filled with countless dreams—a luxury I rarely experience even in the comfort of my own home.|The customer service at Casa Legado was unparalleled, and I eagerly anticipate booking another trip there during my next visit to Bogota. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire outstanding team at the hotel, including Ana, both Natalias and every single individual who contributed to making my stay truly exceptional. From the delightful coffee to the fresh fruit and delicious breakfast, the entire ambiance of Casa Legado was simply splendid. Once again, thank you!||
