Weird experience. On their website they promote a Spa and offer a monthly membrrship. But the Spa is no longer run by the hotel but an external company. The lady at the reception in the 10th floor was quite rude. And the staff at the reception in the first floor were completely helpless. They could not provide any price list or something but just told us at the end that there is no membership for the Spa anymore. On the Website and from the outside the hotel looks nice and modern - but overall it seems to be just old and unorganized. Far from any luxury. Very sad.

The hotel is focused on adults and business people. The atmosphere is very calm, prepared for those looking to disconnect from the speed and stress of modern life. The breakfast buffet is well balanced and plentiful (nothing extravagant or unnecessary); black coffee “negrito” o “tintico” is great!! The treatment of guests is very friendly and excellent, although it can be different for disrespectful or very stray guests. Enter via Carrer 21, as the main entrance is closed for construction work. The lounge areas are very comfortable. Although the internet speed could be improved. Exceptional service attitude of all the staff, for those who want to rest. There are usually events in the lounges in the mornings. Ample parking is available. This hotel is open 24 hrs, there’s very good security policy for late hours. Always I felt safe inside. Enjoy with family and co-workers!!
