Wonderful staff and location. However a few oddities that clearly keep this place locked at 3 stars. Including not black curtains (the sun will rise in your room around 5:30 am daily), no outdoor smoking seating for cigars or other with service and the food was generally pretty tasteless. Although breakfast was included everyday we semi dreaded it because it simply lacked flavor. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The only good thing is the location. I mean it… I’m not sure where they took the 4**** they claim. As an example about the “4 stars” behaviour: we got sick and asked for medication, they arranged with the pharmacy to deliver but the hotel charged us a fee of 30.000 COP because they pay the recipe in advanced (guessing what they were afraid of, that we run away without paying?). I mean… if people don’t like their job there, is not customers’ fault, don’t ruin their holidays by offering such cheap and gipsy gestures. About the rest… you don’t miss anything: cheap copy of a real boutique hotel, arrogant staff without a reason, dirty restaurant, lousy food… there are so many great hotels in Bogotá, don’t ruin your holidays in this one.
