Excellent location in the northern part of the city and in the charming village of Usaquen. The rooms are just about the right size, but they are clean, well equipped and nicely appointed. We had room towards the mountains which I would imagine are much quieter than the rooms facing the avenue. The staff is super nice and professional. Breakfast is varied and tasty too! The hotel has a nice restaurant but isla you want to explore, some of the best restaurants in the city are around the corner. Only suggestion is that the hotel could offer better coffee.

This hotel offers basic accommodations. It is, and it feels super clean. The bed is comfortable. However, the queen size is really a double bed. The rooms are small, but as a solo traveler, it has worked for me. Personally, this is a hotel for those who will be out exploring the city and back for a comfortable night's sleep. They also offer complimentary breakfast, which I have never tried, but it is good to have. All the staff is nice and friendly. The location is terrific. There are several restaurants in the area (walking distance), and I mean several! Colombian, Asian, Italian, and American food, and more, and right next to the hotel, there's a McDonald's. Two malls are within walking distance: Hacienda Santa Barbara is a 2-minute walk, and Santa Ana Mall is across the street, and it's a 10-12 min walk. I have stayed here on 4 different occasions and will continue to do so. Those from the staff that already recognize me are very friendly, politely ask about my travels and are very accomodating.
