¡Avoid staying here!||||We had two sleepless nights due to noise. We booked 5 nights but ended up moving to another hotel, after 2 nights without sleep. First night there, there was noise coming from the wall which sounded like flowing water and wouldn't stop. Second night, we moved to another room but unfortunately there was a party (Kareoke) in the room next to us and we could hear everything until 4 a.m. Even after the room next to us stopped singing they turned on the TV to watch a movie and we could hear every word clearly.||||Pros: across the street from the Exito - a huge supermarket like Walmart. Comfortable bed.||||Cons: ||||1) Walls are thin and you can hear the rooms next to you.||||2) Not a good location, we did not feel safe to walk around the hotel vicinity, unlike other areas in the city. Downstairs there is a barbershop and a front desk. The bar/restaurant closed because of a lack of business.||||3) The front desk doesn't speak English!! We had trouble communicating. ||||4) Does not look like the pictures. Both bathrooms are in the middle of the room with no ventilation out. No decorations. Chairs and couch are uncomfortable.||||5) Kitchen has a lot of storage but most is empty. Kitchen has a stove, an oven and a refrigerator. That's it! No microwave. You get a set of two spoons, forks, knives (not sharp), plates, bowls, mugs and glasses. You also get a very small pan and a ladle (I never understood why a ladle).||||6) The breakfast was served to the room, but in small quantities and was not what we expected. A small portion of scrambled eggs/eggs of your choice, fruit/juice, hot drink, and bread/arepa.||||Due to the noise and our not being able to communicate with the front desk, we decided to check out after two nights and move to a much better hotel. We never got a refund for the 3 nights we didn't stay there after we checked out.||||We will never stay here in the future and never recommend anyone to stay here.
