Great hotel. Great staff (especially Julian from f&b). Barbie room is unbelievable. Food in the restaurant extremely good! Spa zone is very nice with pool, jacuzzi and steam Turkish bath. Rooms are very spacious, brand new and comfortable. Definitely 👍🏿!

We didn't have super high expectations for a business hotel when traveling to Bogota for a conference, but this was an outstanding experience! Our room was large, we had a great view, the room was comfortable and the complimentary water service was the best we experienced during our 10 days in Colombia. The breakfast was outstanding - so much fresh fruit, lots of options, including items made to order. Staff in all areas were professional, and super patient with our very limited Spanish. The pool/hot tub area were relaxing and immaculately clean. The bar had creative cocktails. Car service and hotel security were also a big bonus!
