The place is extremely run down. There are stains on the carpet, we had to use shoes or sandals in the room. The door frame was broken, seemed that someone had kicked the door down previously. The shower has mold in the grout. It really doesn't get maintained much. My wife was pretty upset that I chose to save $20 and stay at this hotel. The location is great, but spend the extra money and stay at the neighboring Jazz or B3 hotels. They are similar price and location but much much nicer.
