The hotel is new and looks decent, but there are main issues. The hotel is a bit far from both the airport and the city center, leaving you isolated is an odd business area in front of apartments. The rooms do not have AC and the hotel is located on a main road so it's extremely loud when you open a window. The food is not good and there are additional charges for everything even water. Honestly this is an extremely disappointing NH hotel and way overpriced for the location and what you get. I would avoid and book elsewhere.

This hotel, Nh hotel Urban 26 is an amazing hotel. Simply a Fantastic hotel. Perfect location. Staff is/was very helpful and SUPER friendly. Olga Martinez in the restaurant was a professional. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She was training another ,i believe a new waitress but still had time to take good care of us. Food is amazing. Great ambience. |Room I had, number 426, was large. Very luxurious but made me feel at home. Housekeeping staff were very (extremely) friendly. Were more than happy to fulfill all my requests. |Room was clean. Simple and cozy.|Fantastic breakfast. Had Columbian and international dishes every day.|Reception staff were so cool. All of them recommended places to go, were attentive to ally cares. Their suggestions on where to go, what to do and recommendations were just amazing. |THIS ladies and gentlemen is what I call a hotel.||
