I stayed for business purposes and it was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel, very comfortable, excellent location and premium service. In the front desk, Miss Silvana Jaramillo provided outstanding service and attention, solving all requirements very quickly and effective! Thank you Silvana you are the best!

Security is one of the main things we have to look when we travel abroad, but this place made me feel that I was in a military base. Being in the lobby with my kids, and with passports on hand, the security guard ( the young one) was watching and following me all the time until we took the elevator. Another story was at the parking lot entrance, there you have to turn off the engine and unlock all doors so they can walk a dog around the car, and let the K9 sniff every single bag. I can't wait for the classic apologies message from the hotel.
