Nice property w/ very attentive staff in a lovely neighborhood. The food restaurant’s bfast buffet was a highlight. The gym is good, too, clean and ordered. I used their library/business area one day and it provided the space, table, and quiet I needed. In my room there was sometimes an electrical humming sound. I also suggest the following: bath slippers, shower cap, and plush robes. That aside, excellent.

Really amazing value for true 5 star experience. The only thing that was bothersome at the beginning of the trip was the mini bar, and housekeeping attendant seemed to come in the room without properly knocking and obtaining permission to enter. Other than that experience, it was great. I did have a friend come up to the room to catch up, the security insisted they register. I guess this is a safety protocol, initially it was annoying but understandable. The bathroom amenities are pleasant, I have a new fondness for Loccitane products and bought a few soaps when I got home. On our way out a car to the airport was arranged and as soon as the elevator opened someone was there to take our bags. The breakfast is nice, I'd recommend. I was tempted to try the Sunday brunch but opted for other off-site activities. The streets around this area is very congested, I'd recommending walking or allowing extra travel time if using a car.
