We loved our experience at Sonesta Bogota. The hotels has great location across from Unicentro mall. The hotel is very modern and clean and the service is superb.

I had a wonderful solo stay here. This was my first time in Bogota and decided to stay here based on a recommendation. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and always greated me with a smile. Even though I spoke only english, communication to majority of the staff here was not too much of an issue but I still had my translate app ready for use incase. Room service was really good and the restaurant stuck to the expected time to have my food ready and delivered to my room. The booking included free buffet style breakfast with lots of fresh fruit options, free coffee and juice with the breakfast. I was definitely satisfied and which I could have eaten more. I had some minor issues with the wifi and key card but they were quickly sorted out once I brought it to their attention and it never occurred again. There is a dedicated shuttle service avaliable for your use at a cost. I contacted them via email prior to my arrival in Bogota and arranged for my pick up at the airport to the hotel. When I arrived the driver was already waiting for me and was very friendly I just wished I could have spoke spanish lol. I utilize the shuttle service through my stay and there was always a shuttle avaliable to take me to my destination. The location was perfect for me with a mall about 2 mins away walking, a couple restaurants near by, easy location for catching the local taxi, using a uber or just ordering food from other restuarant in the area. There is a huge 24hr grocery in the mall where I got everything I needed. I also needed a sim with data and I asked the staff that the front desk and they helpfully gave me directions to the Exito grocery and the local telecom provider outlets in the mall where I could get a sim. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I am ever in Bogota this would be my go to for lodging. Daniel and everyone at the front desk and lobby area were really helpful and friendly which made my stay even more enjoyable. Luckly my room had a great view as well.
