This hotel definitely did not meet my expectations. Their service is most definitely not a 4 star. I stay in hotels across the world for business, I had a food delivery service drop off my order at reception at 7:30pm. I had called front desk to inform them I have just gotten out of the shower, and was unable to come down as I have a zoom call to attend. The gentlemen at Reception had told me they will send it to my room. It had taken 30 minutes for someone to simply drop it off when it should have taken no longer than 5 minutes. I repeatedly called front desk asking why it’s taking so long they kept making excuses and the line would hang up. After 30 minutes of waiting they finally came to drop it to my door but at this time I’m frustrated because it doesn’t take Half hour to drop it off to me. Will not be staying here again.service is poor.

The best hotel experience ever! We stayed here for over two weeks, and every day the staff seemed super happy working to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is pure dedication to hospitality we never encountered before. Absolute plus: the hotel restaurant offered actually food that you could compare to the best restaurants outside - normally hotel food is subpar. Needless to say that the installations like the pool were well kept and everything super tidy. Absolute recommendation!!!
