I chose this hotel because of its proximity to places of interest. The hotel is clean and offers relatively good value. However, it was too crowded for my tastes. I had a weekend stay, so perhaps it is slower midweek. During my stay, the lobby was always packed. The drive and walkway in front of the hotel were always congested. Open tables were difficult to find at breakfast time. The room was spacious (junior suite) and clean, but there was a constant knocking sound in the bathroom that seemed come from the pipes within the wall. I travel with an Amazon Fire stick now that the trend is towards more hotels and Airbnb properties getting rid of cable/satellite service. However, the television was set to hospitality mode which prevented use of my device. There is a customer service line advertised as 24/7 availability. I called four times and never got anyone to answer. I ordered a mixed drink from the bar. It was a common drink, a screwdriver (vodka with orange juice). I was charged separately for the orange juice. I ate in the restaurant twice. The food was not bad. However, I did not have one assigned waiter. Instead it was service by committee. I usually do not mind except it seemed to create confusion amongst staff in this case. Both times there was a delay in my order being taken because one waiter assumed another had already taken it. It was the same confusion when I wanted to pay the bill. In summary the hotel offers a good location and good value, but there is room for improvement in the service department
