Absolutely AMAZING experience at this Glamping site! The service was impeccable. When our credit card wouldn’t go through on booking, we easily called the hotel and worked it out. When we arrived we were treated to champagne and could easily communicate with the staff via WhatsApp to order our dinner and breakfast deliveries to the room. The food was also really good—actually some of the best we had on our trip because it all tasted fresh. We had Lake Suite 5 and the room, jacuzzi, and shower were all super nice (only thing to beware is that you have to pay for the coffee!). During the day we jet skied, paddle boarded, and kayaked and all those activities were fun and easy to do! Highly recommend staying here and a major thank you to the staff!!!
Pros: we absolutely adored this place! It’s very romantic, beautiful, and the staff is extremely accommodating. The views, the hot tub, the surrounding area, and being so close to Guatapé makes it worth it. Also the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Cons: We stayed from a Thursday to a Friday and you can definitely hear some of the traffic noises. It’s a trade off to be so close to the peñol I guess. Also, we were told that the water sports were available from 6am to 6pm but when we asked at 12pm if we could kayak they said the kayaks were unavailable due to being cleaned and being prepared for the next guests. I would definitely come back though!
