I am Jack, a traveler from London who spent much time in this hotel. This was such a great experience from the room, the service, the staff and the location. The bad reviews are very incorrect. This was a brilliant stay !!! The room was perfect I had not a single issue the whole stay. The breakfast was great they made it fresh everyday and it tasted amazing. Location was great as I had the airport, the mall, food shops, and a small drive to El poblado for nigh life all around me. Lastly the staff. I have never met a group of staff so lovely and helpful. They made my trip amazing from start to finish and even felt like I left family behind when I went home. The amount of love shown by these staff was unreal. My room was cleaned always. If I needed any help they was there. I even had a friend pass away sadly while I was away from London and the team made me feel so happy in my time of need I will always appreciate them for that. They go out of there way to help always ! They had good vibes all the time and was great people to be around, they made my trip 10000x easier as I speak very little Spanish but they was always ready to help me. God bless this staff team and I hope to see them soon. I will definitely recommend and I will be staying again one day. !!!
