This hotel is in a good location in laureles, surrounded by plenty restaurants. Good for family, the staff at the hotel is very helpful. The rooms are good. They are clean. The price is right. Would recommend to anyone for a vacation or weekend get away. Have included some small cafe and photos around hotel area. The rooms are exactly how is show cased at hotel site. We had no problems. They even upgraded our beds.

I would like to know where I can file an official complaint against this hotel. Upon arrival I was forced to pay 144000 pesos above the reserved rate for a health insurance fee. I have my own health insurance. After a long trip how was I supposed to find another place to stay on the spot? This supposed fee was never mentioned prior to arrival. The breakfast was not good, first morning the juice was fermenting and the coffee is very bad. I didn't bother going after that. Nice location and the room was spacious. The evening desk clerk was a nice man, the daytime ladies had attitude. I would not return.
