Stayed here with family for 4 nights, and everything was excellent about this hotel. Conveniently located in El Poblado, close to the main happening areas of Medellin - nightlife and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean, housekeeping was always on point. Breakfast spread was awesome, our favorite was sushi and drinks at the lounge/restaurant for dinner (try the gin & tonic with black pepper - unique and goes amazingly well together!). The gym is very well equipped - better than similar range hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. Didn’t get a chance to use the spa. Concierge helped us arrange all the tours - super helpful and attentive, and there was no markup compared to booking with providers directly. We did a Guatape tour, city tour including Communa 13, and a paragliding trip that took 3 hours. All very well managed and arranged. Staff overall from reception to concierge to wait staff were amazing. Language wasn’t a problem at all. Overall highly recommended! Quick tip - get a room on the 4th floor by the pool - you get your own little area outside the room by the pool.

Excellent boutique hotel. Got room on 17th floor with beautiful views of the city and mountains. Great location and professional personnel. Loved the lounge on the 11th floor, Francisco rocked! Ronald and Valentina (concierge team) were outstandingly helpful with dinner reservations.
