This hotel is great. Wonderful facilities and staff. The location is perfect as it connects to the El Dorado mall, I believe the best in Medellín. Friendly and supportive front desk staff. The service personnel is great as well. Special mention to Luna, the bartender lady from Cartagena, who took care of our raucous crowd, every night, always with a smile and making us feel at home! We had a great time in Medellín! Thank you Novotel and Luna!!!

Staff bends over backward to please their guests. The continental breakfast is always on point: fresh fruit, plenty of choices, they even have a kid's station with waffles, cereal and other delectables kids enjoy. Great location, and it's attached to a shopping mall with a mini amusement park inside, all the stores you can enjoy. The facilities are very environment conscious and friendly too.There are not enough things I can say about this hotel.
