We stayed 4 nights and the experience was overall not good for a Marriott property. Customer service for many people working there is not relevant, we had several situations where we were treated poorly. The windows at the hotel are too thin to block the all night music of the nearby downtown area. The pool was nice but there was construction noise all day (even saturday) so it was not so relaxing. The hair dryer in our room spit flames from the electrical outlet after 15 mins of use. The maintenance team seemed uninterest, did not even check the outlet. Then they gave another hairdryer (same model) and it also caught flames. The staff was unapologetic and made assumptions about us drying clothes instead of hair(which is ridiculous) Not the experience you expect at a hotel like this.

Small room. Noisy, you will hear your neighbors use the tv and bathroom. Breakfast is for diabetics. All carbs no protein. If you get a good price is ok, not a high end place. Had to chase the staff for coffee and towels but the staff was nice and willing to help. The pool area is run down, they need to clean the glass around the pool. It does have a good location. It has potential but mayor updates are necessary.
