High price for low service. There are better and cheaper accomodations to stay at. Cleanliness is bearable, bed is creaking,… Very simple and basic rooms, breakfast is okay, the service however leaves room for improvement. Mostly people don‘t speak English and it takes some time to make things clear. No reconfirmation on changes for example. Activities/trips are overpriced and remember you of cheesy coffee trips. Not as well organized as any other trip we booked directly on spot (super punctual, confirmation, clear agenda, no cheesy site visits). Santa Ana might be calmer compared to San Jose but every trip you book takes you back to San Jose to pick up people, hence, no advantage staying outside the city.
Wonderful owner and peaceful garden to sit or lay in a hammock. Very neat and clean. The breakfast was all hand made. Coffee and tea available all day. She gave us an excellent restaurant suggestion, as well. Will be sure to stay here again, if in the area.
