A smart reception belies a hotel that needs 'tended loving care'. On the positive side, the hotel's position is good, between two sandy beaches and near numerous restaurants. Our 'sea view 'room was large, a fridge, nice balcony, quiet A/C, tea and coffee making (when you badgered the maid to refill it), good storage (4 coat hangers was a bit mean). The room lighting was very dim, impossible to read after dark. A little cosmetic upgrade wouldn't go amiss. Breakfast was good, as were several dinners we had, enjoyable and reasonably priced.||Some of the poor points. I have never stayed in a hotel, in 50 years of travelling, that doesn't have an information book (except post covid), where to eat/opening times, where are the bars/opening times, where to get pool towels, money changing, spa/gym, I could go on! The sun beds have ground the surface of the pool surrounds, watch out for sharp bits of grit. We never had hot water in the 6 days stay, luke warm at it's best. The majority of the staff didn't seem happy in their jobs and guests were a bit of inconvenience and a smile was a rarity. There were many small things, that would take little time or money to improve the hotel, but there seems a lack of any effort by the management or staff to do so. I would not stay at this hotel again.
