The check in experience was not great! I think the front desk needs some work. The manager was great and extremely helpful.||The reason why I’m giving this a 3 star vs 4 or 5:||1) the grocery store was never open closes at noon|2) you can’t get any food at the pool bar |3) you are only allowed 1 room key which sucks and controls the air|4) they want to charge for clean towels we only had 1 in our room. Which we booked 3 rooms|5) the TV never worked you need an android phone|6) outlet was European ||The good||1) great location|2) parking easy|3) the place is clean|4) safe|5) nice pool area|6) rooms are spacious

I stayed at the Ritz residence and to be very honest, I would not stay at this location if it's not in the residence part, they are newly built studio apartments with balcony, I love the layout of the studio and how it's fully equipped with everything you need, the place has so much potential, they just need to focus more on service, food quality and better options. The pool is decent, way better than a lot of other resorts with smaller pools in the area, u will definitely stay there again but only at the ritz residence, the hotel amd hostel or whatever they have going on on the other side is not my thing!
