After reading some of the reviews for the hotel, we were apprehensive about staying here and considered changing hotels. So glad we didn't make that change. On arrival at the hotel, we were greeted with a glass of prosecco. Check in was quick and we were informed that we had been upgraded to a suite at no extra cost.|The suite was beautiful and clean. Complimentary tea and coffee was available, as were a selection of toiletries. There were also fresh flowers and a card wishing me a happy birthday. Such a nice touch. On my actual birthday, we returned to the room to find a bottle of prosecco and a birthday cake waiting for me.|There was a wide selection of food available each day. Food was always hot and full of flavour.|Drinks from the bar were excellent. The ouzo special cocktails went down a treat.|The staff in the hotel are very friendly and work hard keeping guests happy.|All in all a lovely relaxing holiday. Would definitely return here but not in December/January as we had a few days of rain.|Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so pleasurable.

I have given this hotel three stars out of five purely because of the food otherwise it would have got four stars.The hotel itself is spotlessly clean rooms are lovely reception staff very friendly as are the young waiting staff in the lobby area restaurant waiting staff all but one man never smiled efficient but appeared not happy . Didn't use the spa but appeared to be popular too cold for the outdoor pools . Now to the food in our opinion and we have stayed in a lot of hotels to compare the food with .Breakfast was excellent we found the snacks to be very good and dessert although only a small selection they were very nice and at this point it goes downhill lunch and evening dinner were very poor not much choice repetitive and uninspiring for an example pieces of lamb on the bone every evening in some form or other lamb Teva lamb stew lamb curry lamb kleftico etc same with a different sauce usually pork and chicken wings so I would not return purely based on the food which is such an important part of an all-inclusive holiday.
