Lovely lovely hotel. Good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lovely pools and reasonably sized gym suitable for short workouts (got way too hot at times!) Staff generally were lovely, kind and attentive. The snack bar in the day, whilst welcome for if you have been out in the day and missed lunch, must have been run by the only grouchy people in the whole hotel. They were not as friendly and made you feel like you were a nuisance asking for things!! However, there were plenty of adult only areas and at mealtimes we were places in adult only locations which were quiet and peaceful. Car parking was on site and free. Concierge service though was far too slow when we arrived. We ended up getting our own bags and taking them to the room so we could change and go out to explore the area a bit following the flight and drive over. Nevertheless, one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. We enjoyed archery on one of the mornings included in the stay, and made us of their three eateries included in the all inclusive as well as the main buffet area. Only downside is it is located a good distance from any decent beaches if you want a beach day. Though as a base to explore the south of the island it was perfect.

This is hands down the best hotel we have stayed at. The service and staff are exceptional, and the attention to detail extremely impressive. The management team clearly care about giving guests the best experience they can. From attentive staff offering poolside drinks to a nightly turndown service, everything has been thought of. Constant towel, toiletry and room bar replenishment throughout the day are provided. The picturesque and beautiful grounds make for lovely walks both night and day, with wonderful sea views and sunsets. There is a good variety of foods to cater to all dietary needs, and in addition to the main buffet there are 3 lovely à la carte restaurants. We found the food to be delicious. The sunset bar is a highlight. Plenty of pools to choose from including an adults only one, a well equipped gym, fitness and well-being classes (we did yoga with a sea view) and a variety of evening entertainment. We were in need of a lovely holiday and this hotel experience provided it and then some. We will be coming back. Highly recommended.
