We had a 3 bedroom apartment with balcony for a reasonable price in October.|As we landed in the evening the reception was already closed but we could get our keys at the security and checkin the next day. Warm welcome with a bottle of vine and a water on the table, well done. |Deposit 100€ and additional for the towels, no big deal.|The pillows for the terrace furniture were dirty, the table also and in addition in a bad condition, the umbrella also had better times in the past. But a big balcony!|The dishwasher was not working for 1.5 days, they replaced it - well done!|Sadly we had some cockroaches we found at night after dinner and we had to kill them at some days. That was disgusting, but mostly normal in these areas I suppose.|Gym is small but okay for some sports, the beach has hard sand, many sun beds and umbrellas. The water is fine.|Pool is also good, but could get like the gym and the rooms in the apartment some renovation.|Food in the restaurant is okay, the prices are fair.|Nice nature in the area, many flowers. |Antonis is a very nice security guy!|You will hear the starting airplanes a lot. Also the people and children around the pool in the morning. It's sometimes pretty loud. ||We would come back but inform about killing the roaches before.

Amazing retreat! First of all I would love to thank the owners and staff of Atlantis Gardens for such a great and special place. 1. Location. This beautiful resort is located 20 min drive from Larnaca airport near the Mazotos village at the seashore (1st line). Taxi 🚕 will cost around 💶 34€ for a 6-seater van (if you travel 🧳 with a family or a company). It is rather wild place with no clubs or restaurants around. Which was a great plus for us. 2. Accommodations. Tourist can choose a 1/2 of a villa or the whole villa. 1/2 villa is a 3-bedroom apartment with a big living room with a huge flatscreen TV 📺 , fully equipped kitchen and very big terrace with big table and outdoor furniture. Villas have also private pools. Everything is clean and fresh. 3. Services. Sheets, towels, coffee ☕️, etc. are changed for extra payment, even if you stay for 2 weeks. 4. Infrastructure. Big territory. Many parking 🅿️ lots (don’t know if extra payment 💰 needed). Comfortable swimming 🏊 pool both for adults (1,65-1,70 m at the deepest part) and children. Small children playground 🛝. A little gym. Bar-restaurant with open kitchen 8-19:30. Small private beach 🏖️ with all supplies, and water entertainments. 5. Personnel. Very warm, welcoming, service-oriented and pleasant. We want to come back to this place again and again!!!!
