Lovely, smiley staff at reception. Very welcoming and friendly. Quick and easy check-in especially when you’re arriving exhausted at 5am! (All staff are English speaking which was really helpful so no miscommunication at all which was refreshing!) |Room was spotless! The housekeepers did an excellent job!|The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful! (I believe it’s only €10 to use the pool if you are not staying at the hotel.) They have fun activities to do like table tennis and an actual tennis court! Bar staff were great! Really delicious cocktails! Very attentive and quick service considering they were really busy! Not surprised they’re fully booked most days! I’d definitely come here again and stay! Thank you for a lovely experience x

Firstly, the location isn't great for shops etc but you should be fully aware of that if you've looked at the website so you can't complain. |The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, overlooking the pool, had a huge comfortable bed & a nice bath. Housekeeping always did a great job & are all very friendly. |Check in was quick & easy with no fuss which was needed after a long trip. Reception is open 24/7 & the staff are all really helpful. |The food was excellent, over the 9 days I stayed, there was only 1 thing I didn't overly enjoy, the rest was all delicious with huge portions... well worth the money!!!|Travelling alone can be overwhelming but I have to praise George & Yuliia for making me feel so welcome, being so friendly, being really knowledgeable regarding the food & drink on offer & basically being fun, approachable, talkative & just excellent members of staff that are a huge asset to the hotel. |I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Sveltos & would definitely stay again. |
