Our first winter sun holiday, and wow what a way to do it! Loved the food, plenty of vegan options for me, and the quality of the food was fantastic overall. All the staff were friendly and attentive and the hotel was spotless with a team out early every morning cleaning. Just a short walk from the harbour, with lots of bars and boat trips, and a local bus service if you want to venture out. Would say though, that the basic rooms are exactly that, and we were happy to be able to upgrade after our first night. Would definitely return!

The staff here are amazing. They go above and beyond to make your stay here a happy one. You wouldn't find better food anywhere else either. We found the pool area to be on the small side and for sun worshippers very disappointing as a lot of the beds are in constant shade. The rooms are adequate though you cant close the patio doors if staying out on the patio as there is no handle to get back in. The shower is above the bath and showering becomes lethal when using any soap. No dress drop given in the wardrobes, so maxi length crease at the bottom No extractor in the bathroom.. not nice!! It states its 4 star... more like a comfortable 3. There were a lot of families with very young children who appeared to be loving it. There is a play area and smaller pool for them.
