We received a very open and friendly welcome and the staff in reception were always smiling, helpful and generous. The room was simple but ok if you're not considering to spend much time in there. They are probably ready for a renovation though. The gardens are pool landscape is really nice and well maintained. Despite the hotel being fully booked but we didn't have the impression that were too many people around. Having said that, if you're not an early riser than you have no chance of getting a spot around the pool The beach is ok and the water is shallow (and warm) so great for smaller kids. The entertainment was varied and good fun but if you have a room overlooking the entertainment terrace (everything outside) then your small kids will have trouble sleeping as it can be very loud. The kids club was brilliant and Marta was super nice, friendly, caring and creative and my daughter spent more time there there than with us :) Considering it was high season I found the room price to be perfectly acceptable
